Creating an Account

Getting started with Treechat is simple. Follow this guide to create your account and start exploring.

Sign Up

  1. Visit Treechat: Go to app.treechat.com/signup

  2. Choose a Username: Pick a unique username that will be your identity on Treechat

    • Usernames are case-insensitive
    • Choose something memorable - other users will find you by this name

  3. Enter Your Email: Provide a valid email address

    • Used for account recovery and important notifications
    • We respect your privacy - see our privacy policy

  4. Set a Password: Create a secure password for your account

    • Use a strong, unique password
    • Consider using a password manager

  5. Complete Registration: Click the sign-up button to create your account

Explore the Public Feed

Visit the public stream to see what people are talking about and get a feel for Treechat.

Set Up Your Profile

Add a profile picture and bio to help others get to know you.

Can’t receive confirmation email?

  • Check your spam folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try registering again with a different email

Username already taken?

  • Choose a different username
  • Usernames must be unique across Treechat
